Itching: on many occasions no reason can be found despite extensive work up, you didn't mention how old is your daughter though? At any rate, skin care, moisturizers, antihistamines, if prescribed, take regularly, and keep the follow up, watch if you have pets, stuffed toys, etc., see another allergist for a second opinion if you wish, it's your right

Itching: have you had her evaluated by her pediatrician or FP for other things besides allergies? For instance is she under any stressors at home, at school, any friends move, pets die or anything like that?. Is she acting out, personality changes? Sometimes internal symptoms can be signs of other things in this age group.
