My wife's home/urine pregnancy test turned out to be +ve yesterday and -ve today. what could be the reason. pl let us know the next steps.

Repeat in 4-5 days: You may repeat the home test in 4-5days, provided the lady missed her period already. If she has not missed a period wait to test 4-5 days after a missed period. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
