I chipped a bone in my wrist area in may cast of since 6th july i still have pain in my wrist when moving it up and down should i get another xray>?

MRI : Another X-ray couldn't hurt but there would be more information gained with an MRI. More information about ligaments and wrist instability will be obtained. X-rays will tell you about the bones for which you already have most of the information.
