25 weeks pregnant is mild cervical pressure, no loss of fluids or blood, and what i'd consider normal discharge, normal?

Pressure: Some pressure may be normal especially if this isn't your first pregnancy. However, if concerned about it, call your OB provider. Almost all of us have an answering service since we delivery babies at all times of day and night. If you've had cervical surgery like a LEEP in the past, there may be more concern.
