Can be.: If your pregnancy is going well and possibly a healthy fetus has been seen on sono and this is a one time or rare occurrence then should be fine. Small amounts of bleeding from cervix are not uncommon. Cervix is very engorged and can bleed easily. If progressess or persists especially if no sono yet then would need to get checked into.
