Hello. : Hello. About 20 to 30% of women experience bleeding early in their pregnancy. About half of women who experience bleeding in early pregnancy miscarry. The majority of miscarriages occur during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. Possible signs of miscarriage can include: vaginal bleeding or tissue passing and abdominal cramping. I recommend that you contact your obstetrician tommorrow. He or she will be able to assess your further. Take care.
