Maybe...: Primary Antiphopholipid Syndrome (APLS) by definition has no underlying problem. Its termed "Secondary" if it is caused by Lupus, an infection or some other autoimmune disorder. You should have regular check-ups to make sure there is nothing else going on. APLS makes your blood clot more than it should and sometimes causes miscarriages. Are you on Aspirin? Best wishes!
