Physical Eval 1st: The first step is complete physical evaluation with appropriate blood tests. There are several physical conditions where night seats and other symptoms can be manifested. Drug and alcohol withdrawal also have to be considered There also is possibility of having some variation of PTSD or other underlying psychological reason that are triggering these symptoms and/or nightmares.
