Go anyway ASAP: If a serious emergency, you'll be treated immediately. Otherwise it depends on the problem. Minors can be evaluted and treated for STDs without parental consent, and in some states for pregnancy or drug problems. But still best tell parents if you have a problem serious enough for hospital care. Even with no legal need to know, they'll soon learn anyway through billing, insurance, etc. Do it now!

Please bring parents: It is always better in the long run to bring a parent with you to the hospital. They can be surprisingly understanding and loving at times.

It depends: If you have a true emergency you will not be refused care, period. Otherwise they will ask for personal and payment information first. They may ask for a SS# but you need not provide it and treatment cannot be refused if you don't. Depending on the reason for the visit and your state, the hospital may require parental consent for treatment.
