No real HIV risk: You seem to be describing deep kissing rather than oral sex. Neither is a measurable risk for HIV. You can get gonorrhea from oral sex, infectious mono and CMV from kissing, but the HIV is not something you need worry about. If the person you are with is worth knowing, discuss your HIV statuses with one another.
