I can't poop and my back hurts.

Constipated?: If it is your constipation which is causing back pain you may have to see a doctor and have stool manually removed. Try some laxatives or a fleet's enema first. The more important question is why is the constipation so severe. Might be best to see somebody asap.

Packed with Poop: I agree with dr. Raff. You may be obstipated or have impacted stool. Here's some in general info: stay well hydrated (at least 8 - 8 oz glasses of water per day). Eat 5 vegetable & 4 fruit servings per day – get that fiber in. Avoid junk carbohydrates. Stay physically active. Have you tried an otc laxative?
