Get it checked: Pain in both breasts at age of 22 is usually due to hormonal causes like before your periods and may last for 5to 10 days it can also be due to taking Birth Control pills. And most common cause of tender breasts is Pregnancy.You apparently are not pregnant.Also if there is fluid retention due to taking too much salt may cause it. If it persists consult your Doctor or Gynecologist
