Digested like oyster: The stomach contains very powerful acid which can melt nails..Yes, the metal nails. Thus, the roach will be killed by the stomach acid and digested like other foods. Men and women of nature consume insects all the time--when they run out of food in the wild/woods. Insects are good source of proteins--although the roach is not very appetizing, it won't harm you swallowing one... Good luck.

Unlikely: You would most likely gag and cough it out or just swallow it and eat it. Not likely to be crawling around inside you.....
