Back teeth: The are several reasons why your back teeth can be painful when eating meat. There could be decAy infection, broken teeth, bad bite, TMJ problem, grinding, and more. The best thing to do is to see a dentist for an exam and X-rays . This is the only way to find out way you are having pain.

Dental pain: Can be caused by infected teeth, infected gums, parafunctional habits such as grinding/clenching, malocclusion (bad bite), and other reasons. Please see your Dentist for an examination and differential diagnosis to decide on the appropriate treatment.
