Dentist: Instead of the emergency room, what you need is a dentist. Sounds like with the extent of decay you have in your teeth, you will need to take antibiotics and have some repair work or extractions. Don't delay.

Forget the ER: The ER cannot treat your dental problems... they'll give you analgesics and antibiotics to help the symptoms, but that will not fix your rotten teeth. You will need to research low cost options for care, be seen at a dental school, a clinic, or a hospital with a dental residency program. All the best....

Dentist evaluation: Given your age it is abnormal to have lot of broken teeth unless you have an oral cavity disease - periodontal disease, gingival issues, dental caries. In this case, the ER may only be able to give you some pain medications. It will be more beneficial to see a dentist immediately to establish cause of the breakage. Feel better.
