Not sure why: Progesterone should "cause" sleep disturbances! Who suggested this?? Could it be anxiety due to the REASON you are taking this Progesterone ?? Are you trying to "gkeep" a pregnancy?? Talk this out with your OB-GYN who may recommend some counseling or at least prescribe temporary Prescription sleep aide IF IT's SAFE to do so! Hope this helps..I am doing a lot of "guessing" here! Dr Z
