Corneal scar: white speck is probably on your cornea, clear window of eye, iris (blue or brown) is deep to cornea. Possible old scar you just noticed. from dust, sand or scratch to cornea, hope it is not in your line of vision but off to side closer to white part of eye. we describe lesions on cornea by clock hours and how near they are to pupil (black dot) in center or limbus white area of conjunctiva.
