I have something that looks like an abscess in my eye.i can move it around.i wear contacts, have allergies, &was itching my eyes. should i be concerned?

Abscess: Could be a chalazion, clogged oil gland surrounded by inflammatory scar tissue. Go to an ophthalmologist. Treatment is hot compress, steroid and antibiotic drops. No response either leave alone or surgical excision in the office.
