Needs eval: 4 weeks of vomiting and pain needs evaluation immediately. There is a risk for dehydration if vomiting that much. Also, VP shunt needs to be checked. Call your neurosurgeon and go to a pediatric ER where they can do a proper evaluation and assessment of the shunt.
