I'm not sure if your the right dr to ask, but i have these bite that i thought were bug bites but some developed a clear blister on top. when one goes away another one comes. they itch and pop easily but they don't appear to be spreading. it's only on top

Need more info: You have come to the right place. Unfortunately rashes are difficult if impossible to diagnose without seeing. It is not clear where these are either.
