Reliable test: A pregnancy test almost two months after your last period is reliable indicating that you are not pregnant. There are many reasons for irregular periods -- weight changes, hormonal imbalances, changes in exercise patterns and others. This is a very common issue and any Obgyn should be able to start the evaluation for you. Birth control would regulate and prevent these scares.
