If you are not: HIV positive then your blood will not carry the virus. Blood that does not carry the virus can not transmit the virus. It is transmitted through body fluids - in this case the fluids in question are your own.

Who's afraid of whom: If the customer (the waxee) is bleeding, the waxer might be afraid of the customer's blood... but not the other way around, because the waxer is not the person who is bleeding here.
