DEHYDRATION: Yes it can cause shaky vision, weakness, syncope, inability to think, etc.

Possibly: But shaky vision is not my first concern in dehydration. Two things occur in dehydration. First there is a reduction in total fluid volume. Second, in severe dehydration, the electrolytes can be altered. Both these situations could cause some visual alterations.
