Chronic pelvic pain?: Most prostatitis is not due to known infection. Antibiotics usually are tried, but often make no difference, as you have found. Specific tests can be done to determine if your prostatitis is due to bacteria, in which case a different antibiotic may help. Or maybe you have the chronic pelvic pain syndrome, similar symptoms as prostatitis (google it). See a urologist or GUM specialist.
