Is it safe to take a zpac for and ear infection after i just took augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) for a sinus infection and keflex for a uti that i am currently still takin?

Safe but not needed?: It's probably safe but also probably unnecessary. Did the doctor who prescribed azithromycin (Z-pack) know you were taking the other antibiotics? Either augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) or keflex usually would be effective for an ear infection; in fact, augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) is used more for this than azithromycin is. Double check with your doctor; I would guess you could either not take the Z-pack or stop taking augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate).

Safe: But lots of antibiotics competing for your normal flora. Sometimes possible to use 1 antibiotic for 2 different infections. Make sure you need the antibiotic and you use probiotics. All the best and question why you are getting sick so often?
