Depends: It depends on what type of cysts you have how likely pregnancy is. It is necessary to have functional cysts in order to get pregnant since eggs grow in a follicle cyst and once it ruptures and releases the egg another cyst known as a corpus luteum forms and produces the progesterone that gets the uterus ready for implantation.
