Vulvar vestibultis: It sounds like you may have vulvar vestibulitis. Your symptoms sound like it. See an Obgyn familiar with this syndrome. Pelvic floor rehab therapy can be very helpful. Topical Lidocaine jelly compounded with Benadry cream can also be beneficial. Elavil (amitriptyline) is a pill that some find helpful.
