It is possible!: Good morning, hormonal changes can be related to many nerve-related symptoms, as many agents that are involved in itching are mediators related to releasing of chemical compounds from nerve endings. Dryness can precipitate an itch. Itch leads to scratch and release of mediators such as histamine. Moisturizing creams (not lotions) may help reduce symptoms.
