Took topamax (topiramate) for migraines and recently stopped. can topamax (topiramate) cause seizures even if you've never had a history ?

No: the only time to worry about getting seizures when coming off Topamax (topiramate) is if you had a seizure history or risk of having seizures due to prior head injury, brain birth defects, etc.
