Ouch!: Try using clippers to clip the hairs around the infected site. Wash the area beforehand with an antibacterial soap like Hibiclens or Betadine. Once the hairs are clipped the ingrown hair will no longer have root support to continue its' growth into skin and will fall out naturally. Please keep the area clean and dry and oh, by the way, take a break from sexual activity until its' healed.
