19,male.lost 5kgs in the last 3 months which is stable but no increase.frequent bowels in the morning,gases,bloating mostly after lun nor stool test?

IBS or Crohn's: These are frequent symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome, which now can be much better diagnosed and has treatment options. Don't know what was done on the stool test or if any imaging tests were done, but this also could also be inflammatory bowel syndrome. There are still some less likely options. This needs further eval. Given 3 months would rec seeing a good GI doctor.
