Really??: I have only heard of one recorded case and that was a little over 2000 years ago somewhere in the Middle East. Some people think it was miraculous, but they say God only knows.

No: If the tubes were completely removed the egg can not get to the uterus. The sperm also can not get to the egg. In the off chance of them somehow combining it would be an abnormal pregnancy not be able to implant and lead to a viable pregnancy. That being said there are unbelievable rare cases of implantation in the abdomen, but in the cases i know the tubes were intact. You do not need to worry.

Define natural: If you consider the work possible by fertility centers as just assisting "natural' pregnancy then it is possible.(if you wanted one) However, that would require that they harvest eggs for fertilization outside the "normal"pathway and insertion into the womb. Since you want confirmation that you will not get pregnant "naturally", I can easily say you won't.
