Hi Doc, i tested positive for Covid19 today, i have all Covid19 symptoms. But sore throat is the most pain i struggling. Pain to breath, swallow or talk. Been taking paracetamol. Still painful, what can i do to less the pain?

I've had sore throat 4 WEEKS. Doc say not strep. Affrin & Zyrtec (cetirizine) D are NO help. Help! Have a lot of mucus in throat & nose. Fluids in ear. Irritated!!
