Fibromyalgia ?: 21y female with "bloating", abdominal pain, dyspareunia, wt. gain & fatigue. General medical exam is needed to R/O endocrine disorder. If no specific findings, unifying disorder might be pelvic joint disorder, which oft imparts dyspareunia, restless sleep, daytime fatigue, depression, weight gain & Irritable Bowel Syndrome. If back pain is concurrent, then fibromyalgia becomes a consideration.
