Hello i am akhil i am having some problems since yesterday i am having a pimple on my starting of hips they are a bit painful and got redness how to get rid off them?

Red hip pimple: May be eczema ( usually not painful) or infection- folliculitis/ abscess. You can try over the counter topical antibiotic like bacitracin and wash the area with hibiclens ( found in pharmacy). if it does not get better in next 24 hours MUST see doctor/urgent care to get it drained and for oral antibiotics f/u with doc.
