Improved: The X-ray shows that the previously seen densities in the upper lung are now less apparent. This suggests that the densities may represent changes from prior TBC that is inactive

Asthma is: hyperation. Air comes in but can't get out. An opacity that gets better that is to say regress, is usually a good sign. That can happen with such findings as pneumonia as well as atelectasis. That is a focal collapse of lung. Also you should talk with your doctor to help control the hyperation.
