Weight gain.....: It is common that during the first year one is stopping or has stopped smoking that there is some weight gain. But, if one stays on the program that weight will be off within the next year. Wellbutrin is not one of the mental health drugs that is commonly a cause of weight gain. But it is not unheard of.

Not likely: Per Drugs.Com: "Weight loss greater than 2.3 kg (up to 28%), weight gain greater than 2.3 kg (up to 11%)"
