I was informed that i have a 0.61 cm / 6mm stone on my bladder, is this too big to pass naturally, if yes, can i ask what my options are?

Likely: It is likely just too big to pass but maybe with some Flomax (tamsulosin) or tamolusin and lots of fluids it may. Strain all urine and watch for any debris. Other options would be basket extraction and maybe lithotripsy. I hope it will pass.
