Consult nutritionist: Consulting a nutritionist would be helpful. High protein supplements like Ensure, high fat items like ice cream, peanut butter, granola cereals are just a few suggestions.

At gain: If she is eating well I.e. Has an appetite you can use body builder protein shakes. This if her kidney function and liver functions are good. Note if you use high protein diet you must increase your fluid intake 86 plus oz per day. If her appetite is not good there are some prescription appetite stimulator available by prescription you need to take with her doctor about that
