What's the difference between a rigid and flexible cystoscopy and which is used more?

Comfort : flexible cystoscopy is used in the office primarily. It is most useful for diagnostic examination of the bladder. Rigid cystoscopy is most often used in the operating room under a esthesia for definitive treatment of bladder conditions.
