Not really: Given this isn't quite cold and flu season (at least where I'm from), your symptoms appear to be more in tune with allergies and a cough due to post-nasal drip from the inflammation occurring in the nasal passages and sinuses. Usually a good steroid nasal spray (i.e. Flonase or Nasonex) with or without an antihistamine (i.e. Claritin or Zyrtec) works pretty well.
