Yes indeed: Internal pelvic pain, originating in the bladder, prostate, etc is a kind of "visceral" pain -- the same kind that occurs with intestinal or other problems inside the abdomen. Such pain is always quite diffuse and can be perceived in places quite far from the origin. Also, pain can radiate to areas served by the same nerves. Prostate or bladder pain often radiates to the testicles.
