What's the accuracy of duo hiv test after 10 days?

Around 50%: Roughly half of newly infected people would have a positive duo test at 10 days. If at truly high risk, like unprotected sex with a known infected partner, ask about an RNA test for the virus. However, heterosexually acquired HIV remains quite rare in the UK.
