Breast vibration: Could be costochondtitis inflammation of the cartilage that connects ribs to breast bone. or irritation at insertion of intercostals ( press and see if reproduces the pain for above), orf rom gallbladder,rarely liver,colon( it goes pretty high) Since you are 40 consider mammogram not to miss a breast lesion.Check guiac F/u with doc
