Injected my delt 3 nights ago, the nect morning i noticed i have a hard tensed muscle below my delt, its warm to touch but it is not sore but is hard?

Would like to know: what was injected. BUT if WARM TO TOUCH, then that's a sign of inflammation and needs immediate attention because infection is quite likely. (I know, I know, I didn't stress this on the paid consult but you didn't say WARM... I did say that if it showed signs like warmth infection is possible and needs attention). I would add "immediate attention"
