Exercise: Lack of exercise can certainly cause or make symptoms of depression worse. If you are noticing a worsening of symptoms after stopping exercise, try exercise that doesn't depend on use your Rt leg- like swimming, rowing, or weight lifting. If you are having trouble finding answers a personal trainer or physical therapist can certainly put together a program.
