Uncertain : it may be up at benign inclusion cyst. I can't tell for sure from your description. You will need to see your physician if this persists to get a clear diagnosis

Uncertain: There are normal lumps such as turbinates, small deviations in the nasal septum, lower lateral and alar cartilages. Painful lumps may indicate infection. Polyps may also present in this fashion. This should be evaluated by an Otolaryngologist however to assess it's seriousness if it persists.
