How long after taking 800mg of ibuprofen should i wait to take 10mg of lisinopril?

No waiting time: There is no interaction between these 2 medications. You can take them at the same time. I do recommend drinking good amount of water while taking ibuprofen. And try not to take ibuprofen frequently while you are on lisinopril, it can cause damage to your kidneys.
