Eat: If you haven't eaten for awhile, you may get a headache from having low blood sugar. Our brain needs blood sugar to function properly. If you eat something, you're blood sugar will go up and most likely your headache will go away. Some people experience headaches if you do not eat carbs for the same reason. Our brains love to use carbs for energy. Try a snack to see if the headache goes away.
