Most importantly,: stop and walk every hour in a gas or rest stop while on the road. This will improve your circulation and prevent blood clots. You could also use a hose stocking while traveling. Please discuss with your OB

Dvt: usually soon after flight would recommend use of support hose during any airplane travel to prevent dvt also during pregnancy would recommend use of support pantyhose
